OCDurance
Train to endure.
Our Mission
Where endurance meets recovery.
At OCDurance, our mission is to support anyone facing the challenges of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder through the power of movement and endurance. We believe that endurance sports help people develop the same skills that support recovery: persistence, resilience, and the courage to face discomfort one step at a time.
Our community brings together athletes and supporters who want to learn, grow, and show that progress is possible even in the face of fear.
"The athletes who endure aren't the ones who avoid pain. They're the ones who accept discomfort, welcome doubt, and keep moving anyway."
OCD works the same way. Progress comes not from force, but from willingness: allowing discomfort to exist while continuing to live your life.

An athlete is anyone who trains.
No qualifying time. No body type. No experience required. If you run, lift, walk, swim, ride, or hike with intention, you are an endurance athlete. We know many people navigating OCD also navigate body image and dysmorphia. This community was built to make space for that, not gatekeep against it. We treat training as a way to grow, not a way to punish, escape, or cure. If your relationship with movement feels compulsive, this is a space to talk about it openly. Whatever you bring with you, you belong here.
The Community
Built for the long road.
A peer driven space for endurance athletes navigating OCD. Honest support, shared miles, and a community grounded in lived experience.
Athlete to athlete support
Talk to people who get it. Athletes navigating OCD, sharing what works and what does not.
All disciplines welcome
Running, cycling, swimming, strength, hiking, and hybrid work. Across all levels, from first 5Ks to ultramarathons.
Accountability that sticks
Share logs, setbacks, and what you learned. A team mentality grounded in effort and mutual respect, not motivation culture.
Events and group challenges
Group runs, training blocks, and community challenges building as the community grows. More ways to get involved beyond the screen.
